Programs

It is our goal to help individuals reach their potential through martial arts training. Students who study martial arts are known for their physical skills. However, it is also important to recognize the life long character benefits of martial arts training. After learning to persevere through difficult situations, set meaningful goals, and achieve success, students greatly improve their self-confidence and begin to apply these skills in other areas of their life.

Everyone can benefit from martial arts training.  Whether your goal is to get back in shape or learn self-defense, we will help you every step of the way.  Our programs are rooted in traditional taekwondo, but are taught using modern teaching methods.  Our classes are for students young and old, with a focus on families who train together. 

We currently offer two programs.  Both offer the same great instruction, begin with the basics, then build upon that foundation.  However, students in the black belt program will continue with their training, mastering all the knowledge and skill required to achieve the rank of black belt.

BASIC Program
  • 6 Months of Martial Arts Instruction
  • Most students will achieve the rank of yellow belt
  • Professional martial arts instruction
  • Life skills such as courtesy, respect, and discipline
  • Improves students self-confidence
  • Basic training includes:
    • Hand Techniques
    • Kicks and Stances
    • Blocking
    • Basic self-defense
BLACK BELT Program
  • 24 Months of Martial Arts Instruction
  • Most students will achieve the rank of black belt
  • Includes all basic program benefits and training
  • Advanced techniques build upon basics
  • Develops leadership skills
  • Black belt training also includes:
    • Weapons
    • Sparring 
    • Board Breaks
    • Advanced self-defense
