My name is Mr. Luke Jones, and I have been a student of martial arts since 1991, when I began as a white belt. I'd like to work with you and your family to start you on the same journey that I began so many years ago. At our school you will always be greeted at the door and welcomed to class. You can be assured that we are dedicated to providing the best martial arts instruction available and making it affordable for families.

Family Martial Arts (7-Adult)

Our Family Program is based on the core values of Martial Arts training. "Martial Arts Begins With Respect." From this basic premise, we develop awareness and skills in three primary areas: Respect, Discipline and Self Control. Our core curriculum includes high energy drills and martial arts designed to maintain a positive attitude, enhance physical fitness, and develop leadership skills.

Our curriculum allows for mixed age classes, so parents and children can train together! It's an opportunity for everyone to support each other, become fit, and have fun. We proudly offer a discount to families who train with us.

Tiny Tigers (4-6 yrs)


Our specialized Tiny Tigers program is an age-specific curriculum that is professionally designed to teach children important life skills in a fun, exciting and enriching manner. The martial arts in our Tiny Tigers program is used to teach key life lessons you want your child to know.


Martial Arts for Older Students
The Wall Street Journal published an article in their Retirement Planning section on May 15, 2010 about the benefit of martial arts and mature students. This piece provides many interviews from students aged 50-plus and the benefits they receive from taking Taekwondo.
